Shipping policy


We ship worldwide. All orders are packed and sent with care, but international logistics can sometimes take time. So here’s everything you need to know.


🕒 ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your order in real time.


🚚 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • USA, UK, EU, Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or high-volume seasons.


🛑 SHIPPING DELAYS & REFUNDS

We get it, waiting sucks. But as this is an international service, we kindly ask for your patience.

  • We cannot issue refunds for shipping delays until 60 days have passed from the order date.
  • If it's been longer than 45 days, contact us at orvyngoods@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.


📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package:

  • First, double-check your address and mailbox (including with neighbors).
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is secure when ordering.


🌍 CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our product prices and may vary by country.
